Masala Chai

Ingredients
- 4 cups of boiling water
- 2 cloves
- 4 cardamoms
- 1 tbsp. of freshly grated ginger
- Milk according to preference
- 3 tsp. of loose-leaf black tea
- Sugar (Optional)
Preparation
- In a milk pan, add the water, cloves, cardamoms and ginger, let it boil for about 1 minute on low heat until you can smell the fragrance of the ingredients
- Add the tea and let it boil for a minute on low heat
- Add milk and sugar according to your preference
